Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Sri Lanka. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts, designing layouts, refining typography, and producing logos and brand elements in line with project briefs and brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, receiving and applying feedback, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency and quality across all visual outputs. The Graphic Designer will also support the development and maintenance of brand identity systems for Splash Global and its clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing text layouts.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work across branding, logos, and marketing materials is required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are important.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is advantageous.
