Social & Brand Designer

Nocta Digital is a digital marketing agency in Athens. We run social media, content and ads for clients in aviation, real estate and B2B, and we run our own channels. We are looking for a designer for an ongoing freelance collaboration on social creatives and on any project that comes up.

What you will do

• Build each client's design system in Figma: grid, type, components, safe areas.
• Design statics, carousels, stories and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Animate posts and ads in After Effects.
• Bring campaign ideas and present them.
• Take on projects beyond social: branding, presentations, print, website visuals.

What we ask for

• 3 or more years in graphic or social design, ideally at an agency.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign, on your own Adobe CC licence.
• Professional Figma: components, styles, auto layout, organised files.
• Native-level Greek, including Greek typography, since most of our clients publish in Greek. Working English.
• A portfolio with 2 to 3 case studies: the brief, the idea, the system, the final pieces.
• You invoice as a freelancer (Greek ΤΠΥ or the EU equivalent).

A plus

• Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or similar tools, used with judgement.
• Creative testing for Meta ads.
• Work for B2B, aviation or real estate brands.
