Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of graphicdesign.jobs, which is run by EcomJobs, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, signing in, or posting or paying for a job listing, you agree to them.
The service
graphicdesign.jobs lists open graphic designer roles from employers, job data providers and public posts, and emails you new ones if you set up an alert. Browsing and alerts are free. Employers can post a job for free or pay to feature it (see below).
Accounts
- You sign in with your own Google or LinkedIn account. One person per account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service: scraping, spam, fake reports, harassment or unlawful use.
Listings
- We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee every one. Pay, location and other details come from the employer or the original post.
- Applying takes you to the employer’s own site or post. What happens after that is between you and the employer, under their terms.
- We may remove any listing, for example one that is closed, misleading or not a real role.
Posting and featuring jobs
These apply when you post a job on graphicdesign.jobs or pay to feature one.
- You confirm that you are allowed to hire for the role, or to post it for the company that is, and that its details (title, company, location, pay, how to apply) are accurate and current.
- By posting or paying, you appoint graphicdesign.jobs (EcomJobs, LLC) as your recruiting partner for that role and authorize us to post and promote it on your behalf, including on our site, in our newsletter and job alerts, on X, and on LinkedIn for the plans that include it.
- Every job is checked before it goes live. We may decline, edit for format or remove any listing, for example one that is not a graphic designer role, is misleading, or is posted by a staffing agency or third-party recruiter.
- Paid plans are one-time payments in US dollars through Stripe, with no subscription. A featured listing runs for the number of days shown when you buy it, starting from your payment.
- Refunds: if we decline your job or it cannot go live, we refund you in full. Once a featured listing is live, it is not refundable, including if you fill the role early (we can take it down for you), or if we remove it for breaking these terms.
- We report views and Apply clicks for featured listings. Comparisons we show (such as “more applicants than a free job post”) are estimates, not promises: we do not guarantee any number of views, applicants or a hire.
- The LinkedIn plan is posted from our LinkedIn account for one week and needs an application link, not an email address.
- Applicants apply on your own page or by your own method. Choosing who to hire, and following the laws that apply to your hiring (including equal opportunity and pay transparency rules), are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-export or re-publish the site’s data, and do not try to break or overload the service. Site content and branding are ours; listing content belongs to its owners.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We are a job board, not a party to any hiring or employment relationship, and are not responsible for hiring outcomes or employer conduct. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; using the site after an update means you accept it. Contact: [email protected].
