Your Social Recipe is a London-based social media agency. For more than five years we’ve helped brands tell better stories, build communities that actually engage, and run campaigns that deliver results we can measure.

We specialise in health, wellness and beverage brands, working with everyone from premium wellness names to international drinks brands. Our team is small and hands-on. It includes in-house UGC creators, designers, video editors and community managers, and together we handle everything from strategy and content through to influencer campaigns and community

The role

We’re looking for a creative who can both design and create. You’ll have a sharp eye for what looks good and what stops the scroll, and you’ll be just as comfortable building a carousel as cutting a Reel.

You’ll work across several client accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your work will include:

• Designing on-brand graphics, carousels, stories and ad creatives
• Creating and editing short-form video for Reels and TikTok
• Bringing content ideas to our planning sessions and helping build content calendars
• Writing captions and copy that fit each brand’s voice
• Adapting creative across formats and platforms
• Working with our creators, designers and account team, and taking client feedback in your stride
• Checking what performs and using that to make the next piece better

You’ll be a great fit if you

• Have a strong visual eye and a portfolio that shows it. This matters most to us.
• Are confident in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva
• Can edit short-form video in CapCut, Premiere or similar. Motion graphics are a bonus.
• Know what works on each platform and stay on top of trends
• Write clear, engaging captions
• Can manage your own time and deadlines remotely
• Are open to feedback and enjoy working as part of a team

Nice to have

• Experience with health, wellness or fashion brands
• Agency or freelance experience juggling multiple clients
• Familiarity with influencer or UGC content
