The role

We’re looking for a talented, versatile Senior Graphic Designer who brings strong creative ideas and knows how to turn them into beautifully executed work.

You’ll work across websites, emails, social content, packaging, retail and brand campaigns, alongside motion, video and AI-assisted creative. Advertising will also be part of the mix.

You should be comfortable taking a project from an initial brief through to finished artwork, making thoughtful design decisions and managing your work without needing someone to chase every step.

What you’ll do

• Brand and campaign creative: Develop concepts and assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations and brand projects. Help our visual identity evolve while keeping it consistent across channels.
• Website and email design: Create website banners, landing page designs, product visuals and email assets that communicate clearly and make our products easy to understand.
• Social, motion and video: Design social content, animations and short-form video edits that feel relevant to each platform and bring the brand to life.
• Packaging and print: Work on product packaging, inserts, leaflets, presentations and other printed materials, preparing accurate, production-ready files.
• Retail and wholesale: Create displays, signage, stand designs, shelf-ready packaging and materials for retail partners and store launches.
• AI-assisted creative: Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate imagery and develop finished assets, applying your design judgement to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Advertising: Support the paid media team with static and motion ad creative as part of the wider design workload.
• Collaboration and ownership: Work closely with our brand, e-commerce, social and wholesale teams. Clarify briefs, manage deadlines, flag issues early and take responsibility for delivering finished work.
• Creative organisation: Keep files, templates and assets organised so the team can find, adapt and reuse them easily.

What you bring

• A strong portfolio showing versatile design skills across digital and print.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Confidence with Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent video and motion tools.
• Experience creating website, email and social assets.
• Confidence working with packaging, print specifications and artwork preparation.
• Strong motion design and short-form video editing skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for image creation and creative development.
• The ability to translate a brief into clear, compelling design and explain the thinking behind your choices.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage several projects while maintaining quality.
• A proactive approach. You bring ideas, ask useful questions and follow projects through.
• Fluent English and availability to collaborate within European or US time zones.

Experience with wellness, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce brands is a must.
