The role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce eye-catching visuals for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials. You will turn briefs into on-brand posts, carousels, ad creatives, and print collateral. If you have a sharp eye for typography, colour, and layout and want to see your work go live for real brands, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design

  • Design static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and paid campaigns.
  • Create marketing and print collateral such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and presentation decks.
  • Support branding work (logos, brand kits, color palettes) and build reusable templates for the team.

2. Creative Execution

  • Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines accurately; adapt styles to different brands and audiences.
  • Export assets in the correct formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for social, web, and print.
  • Keep files and assets organized; stay updated with design and social media trends.

3. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content, video, and marketing teams; take feedback well and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas that improve engagement and campaign performance.

4. Basic Video Support

  • Occasionally handle simple video edits — basic cuts, trimming, text overlays, and light animation on designs — when a static asset isn't enough.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant design training or certification is an advantage; a strong portfolio matters most.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Canva and/or Figma.
  • Basic familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro (simple cuts, text overlays, exporting for social).
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
  • Understanding of file formats, resolution, RGB vs. CMYK, and platform export requirements.

Core Competencies

  • Strong sense of what performs on social media: clear, readable, thumb-stopping visuals.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve; good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Short-form video editing or motion graphics skills.
  • Illustration, photo retouching, or basic UI/UX knowledge.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and bilingual (Nepali/English) design.
  • Personal projects, freelance work, or a published portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Instagram).

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on real content used by brands.
  • Hands-on learning and professional growth.
  • Creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
