About the Role

We're expanding our creative team and looking for passionate and talented Graphic Designers at Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior levels.

You'll collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop engaging visuals for social media, digital advertising, branding, websites, print materials, and other creative campaigns.

We're looking for individuals who bring fresh ideas, pay attention to detail, and understand how great design communicates a message.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with client brand identities.
• Work on branding projects, including logos, typography, layouts, and other brand elements.
• Create designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across different projects.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar software, depending on experience level.
• Ability to create visually appealing, brand-focused designs for digital and print media.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve creative skills.
• Relevant education, training, or certification in graphic design is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements

Senior Graphic Designer | 3+ Years

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and creative design expertise.
• Ability to lead creative concepts, maintain design quality, and guide junior team members.
• Strong command of professional design tools and brand guidelines.

Mid-Level Graphic Designer | 1–3 Years

• Hands-on experience designing social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Ability to independently manage design tasks from brief to final output.
• Good understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication.

Junior Graphic Designer | Freshers Welcome

• Basic understanding of design principles and familiarity with design tools.
• Creative mindset, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Academic, personal, or practice projects demonstrating design potential are welcome.
