Mid Graphic Designer

Role Objective

Lumico is looking for a dynamic, inspired graphic designer to join our Creative team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate is someone who can create unique, artful, optimised visual pieces aligned with the client briefs, ensuring the products and services of the company and client are presented in an attractive and professional way.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Salary range: R15 000 - R25 000 CTC monthly.

Creative Output

• Understand client strategies, business problems, briefs, and the message the client is seeking to deliver.
• Conceptualise collateral proofs to meet key client deliverables.
• Package creative concepts into evocative pitches and present these to clients.
• Deliver inventive, striking visuals, including digital and print formats, according to the brief, while driving best practices for the specified platforms.
• Ensure artwork is supplied in the right format, size, and colour codes for the specified platforms.
• Assist in developing creative concepts in collaboration with the creative and strategic teams for campaign and pitch purposes.
• Effectively use internal company platforms including Wrike to ensure a clear feedback loop between all creative parties and management.
• Give feedback on successful initiatives and areas of improvement relating to Design executions.
• Deliver accurate work, on time.

• This role reports to the Head of Design

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design or a related field
• A minimum of three years relevant work experience
• Strong competency in the Adobe suite and relevant graphic design software
• Previous experience in both social, digital media and layout design
