Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Los Angeles, CA (part time, 3 days per week in office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team. This role focuses on designing emails, paid ads, web banners, graphics and product imagery across our digital channels. You’ll work from briefs and direction from our marketing team and turn them around quickly and accurately. 2–3 years of design experience, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design email campaigns in Figma, including animated GIFs
• Produce ad creative and variations for paid social and web
• Building campaign and launch imagery to brief
• Retouch, extend, upscale and resize product imagery (skin and jewelry) in Photoshop for use across placements
• Upload and edit product imagery for Shopify
• Keep design files organized so anything can be found fast
• General team design support as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally fashion or e-commerce
• Experience designing emails, GIFs and digital ads
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; After Effects a plus)
• Strong Photoshop retouching: background extension, upscaling, resizing; skin and jewelry retouching a plus
• Shopify experience (uploading products, managing PDPs) preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Self-sufficient and communicative. Takes direction, manages priorities
• Comfortable with high volume and fast turnarounds
• Experience managing tasks in Asana or similar preferred
• Part time: Working 3 days per week in our Los Angeles office. Must be based in Los Angeles.
