Job Title: Junior Creative Artworker
Location: Onsite 5 days a week at the Head Office
Reports to: Head of Creative
Overview of the role
We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic Junior Creative Artworker with a strong creative eye and an interest in working across different disciplines. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an in-house creative team, supporting everything from e-commerce campaigns and digital content to product visuals, print artwork and production-ready files.
You’ll work closely with experienced designers and other departments across the business, developing your skills while contributing to design projects across top-tier motorsport licenses.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the creative team to develop and adapt artwork for a wide range of business needs, including e-commerce, marketing, product development and production.
- Create and update digital assets such as website banners, campaign graphics, social content and promotional materials.
- Help create high-quality product mock-ups, visualisations and presentation artwork that bring creative concepts and products to life.
- Prepare, amend and check print and production artwork, following supplied specifications, templates and brand guidelines.
- Support image editing, retouching, compositing and the preparation of imagery for different outputs.
- Adapt existing creative concepts across formats while maintaining consistency, accuracy and a high standard of finish.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, responding to briefs and asking questions to understand what is needed.
- Organise artwork, working files and final assets clearly so they are easy to find, update and share.
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines with support from the wider team, taking feedback positively and learning through each project.
Key Skills
- A genuine passion for creativity, visual culture and making things look great across different mediums.
- A good eye for composition, typography, colour, imagery and detail, with pride in the quality of your work.
- Curiosity about different creative disciplines rather than a desire to work in just one specialism.
- A willingness to learn artworking processes, production requirements and new tools or techniques.
- A collaborative, positive approach, with the confidence to share ideas, ask questions and act on feedback.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, gained through study, personal projects, freelance work or a previous role.
- Examples of creative work that demonstrate your visual eye and potential. Personal, college, university, self-initiated and experimental projects are all welcome.
How you’ll develop
You’ll be supported by the Head of Creative and wider team as you learn our brands, workflows and production processes. Over time, you’ll develop confidence in managing briefs, producing accurate artwork, solving creative problems and taking ownership of a broader range of projects.
Applications
Please include a portfolio or examples of creative work. We’re interested in how you think visually and what you enjoy creating, not just polished commercial projects.
