Graphic Designer

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer to join our team at White Owl Solution Nepal.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating social media creatives, campaign designs, branding materials, logos, layouts, typography-based designs, and other visual communication materials.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to bring fresh ideas to life. Along with static designs, the candidate should also have knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and AI design tools to support today’s digital content needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and original design concepts for campaigns, social media posts, branding materials, special editions, and themed projects.
• Must be creative enough to develop original design concepts from scratch, without depending only on references or templates.
• Maintain consistency in design, layout, and brand identity across all materials.
• Create engaging static creatives, motion graphics, and basic video edits for digital platforms.
• Use AI tools to support design ideas, visual enhancement, content creation, and faster workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, software, and creative techniques.
• Handle multiple design projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to make designs clean and appealing.
• Work closely with the team on branding, campaign, and client-related design projects.
• Adapt designs for social media, websites, digital ads, and print platforms.
• Ensure every design is polished, visually attractive, and aligned with the brief.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
• Video editing skills for reels, short-form videos, and digital content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, image generation, editing, and creative workflow support.
• Ability to independently think, conceptualize, and create designs from scratch.
• Good photo editing and retouching skills.
• Knowledge of print design, production process, and file preparation.
• Ability to adapt designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital designs, and preferably motion graphics or video editing work.
