📍IMPORTANT: If you don't currently live in the UK, please don't apply for this role. We are an office-based business that is looking to build a strong team culture. You will be expected to work from the office the majority of the time. We are based in Northampton.

We are a young and growing Strategy-first Marketing Agency, founded by Mother and Daughter, Helen and Hannah at the start of the pandemic. Since March 2020 we have experienced consistent growth and now have a varied portfolio of clients, from SMEs to large Internationals.

What will you be responsible for?

Managing design work for multiple client accounts

Working on content for social media, websites, literature, and digital advertising

Taking briefs from clients on new projects

Working with the wider team to ensure the brief is answered creatively to a high standard

Collaborating with the head of brand and the wider team on new brand concepts for clients (either rebrands or creating brands from scratch)

Designing content for our own Brady Creative marketing channels and ensuring our branding is consistent, engaging and interesting to our audience

What qualifications/experience are we looking for?

We are open to candidates with Apprenticeship qualifications and above.

Ideally, we need a minimum of 3 years' experience as an in-house or agency Graphic Designer

(We'd take 1 year if you are sh*t hot! 😉)

Essentially, we are looking for somebody who takes pride in making content look amazing and is a regular at exceeding client expectations.

💥 We need a confident designer who is comfortable working on digital and printed content.

As a company, we are more interested in skill set than formal qualifications, so if you don't have any of the above but do have a track record in creating amazing graphics, get in touch!

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience and skills)
