Peakora Tech & Workforce Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on design skills, especially in Canva, who can create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and other creative projects. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in exploring new design techniques and trends.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Create social media posts, banners, promotional graphics, and marketing creatives.
• Design engaging visual content for different social media platforms.
• Create animated designs and motion graphics using Canva.
• Develop branding materials, presentations, advertisements, and other design assets.
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams on creative projects.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative practices.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• At least 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 of working experience in graphic design, especially using Canva.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
• Strong practical knowledge of 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁.
• Ability to create 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good visual sense.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and explore new tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or samples of previous design work is required.

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working Days: Sunday – Friday
• Work Arrangement: On-site, Kathmandu, Nepal
• Salary: Based on skills and experience
