The role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who wants to see their work come to life beyond the screen.
Working across FriedRice Entertainment and FriedRice Experience, you’ll create graphics for live events, immersive experiences, exhibitions and brand activations. Your work will help audiences discover an event, navigate its spaces and connect with its story.
Reporting to the Art Director, you’ll develop and execute designs across physical and digital touchpoints, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop visual ideas and design assets under the guidance of the Art Director.
- Design environmental graphics, exhibition panels, stage graphics, wayfinding, signage and interactive touchpoint graphics.
- Create supporting campaign materials, including social content, digital advertisements, invitations and ticketing assets.
- Apply visual identities consistently across different formats, dimensions and environments.
- Prepare presentation layouts, mock-ups and artwork overlays to communicate how designs will appear in physical spaces.
- Produce accurate, print-ready artwork with appropriate dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour settings and finishing specifications.
- Adapt approved designs for different markets and languages while maintaining visual consistency.
- Coordinate with spatial designers, motion designers and production partners to ensure assets work together.
- Check proofs, maintain organised working files and manage revisions carefully.
- Support site checks and installation adjustments when required.
What we’re looking for
- Around 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within events, exhibitions, experiential design or a creative agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, branding and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- An understanding of print production and large-format artwork preparation.
- Interest in how graphics work within physical environments, including scale, legibility and viewing distance.
- Ability to interpret briefs, respond constructively to feedback and manage deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn about materials, fabrication and installation.
- Basic motion design or 3D mock-up skills are an advantage, but are not essential.
- Willingness to support occasional on-site work during installations and events.
- Open to candidates in SG, KL & BKK.
To apply
Submit your CV and portfolio, including examples of environmental graphics, event collateral, branding or other relevant work. Clearly identify your contribution to collaborative projects.
