Graphic Designer & Creative Associate

Blushing Effect LLC is a branding, creative consulting, and events studio in Condado, San Juan. We work with hospitality, fashion, beauty, wellness,s and lifestyle brands on identity, campaigns, content,t and bespoke events.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Creative Associate to join the studio as an independent contractor. The role works closely with the creative team and touches every stage of a project, from the first mood board to the day of the event.

What the work includes

Design

• Brand identities, logos, visual systems and brand guidelines
• Client presentations, proposals and pitch decks
• Digital assets for web, email and social platforms
• Event materials: invitations, signage, menus and printed pieces

Content

• Social content production for the studio and its clients, including posts and short-form video
• Content calendars and caption development
• Support with social media management under the studio's direction

Concept and production

• Mood boards and visual references for branding and creative projects
• Photoshoot concepts, planning and on-set support
• Event planning and on-site coordination
• Market and visual research to inform briefs

Project support

• Tracking active projects against the brief and timeline, and flagging delays early
• Preparing client-facing materials and handling client requests under the studio's direction

What we look for

• A portfolio of recent work that shows design judgment, not only execution
• Working command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,p and InDesign. Premiere or CapCut is a plus
• Strong typography, layout, and composition
• Ability to turn a brand strategy into a visual concept and keep it consistent across formats
• File preparation for print and web
• Comfort working across several brands and deadlines at once, and taking feedback well.
• Clear communication in Spanish and English
• Experience with fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Studies in graphic design, visual communicatio,n or a related field are a plus

Engagement

• Independent contractor, not employment
• Work is based at our studio in Condado, with flexible weekly hours agreed with the stud.io
• Paid, with compensation based on experience
