osition Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of our marketing department, responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various marketing materials. The primary focus of this role will be designing flyers, banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support our marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design flyers, banners, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
- AI Tool Utilization:Use AI-driven design software (such as Adobe Sensei, DALL-E, Runway, etc.) to enhance design creativity and speed up production.
- Experiment with AI to generate design concepts, optimize layouts, and create image variations tailored to specific needs (e.g., resizing, color adjustment).
- Leverage AI tools for personalization and dynamic content creation, ensuring designs are scalable and adaptable to various audience segments.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into impactful designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Ensure that all designs are visually consistent, engaging, and tailored to the target audience.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Provide design support for company events and promotional events, including event signage, collateral, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and other project managers, to gather requirements and deliver outstanding design solutions.
- Maintain a digital library of design assets, ensuring easy access and organization for future use.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, media studies, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- 1+ year of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
- Creative mindset, capable of conceptualizing and delivering diverse looks and feels that align with the brand and product range.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including flyers, banners, promotional materials, and event assets.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to efficiently manage assets, files, and project-related materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and displaying teamwork, flexibility, and clear communication with cross-functional teams and all stakeholders.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Ability to produce innovative and captivating visuals that convey a range of emotions and align with the brand identity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity to work with design software and create precise designs.
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during on-site events or collaboration sessions.

Compensation:
