CJES Studio is looking for a Creative Designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual content from graphic design to video, photography, and event production.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB

• Occasionally required to go to West Jakarta for shooting

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a role for someone who only creates static designs.

We're looking for a multi-skilled creative who has strong graphic design fundamentals, understands current visual and video trends, can operate a camera, and can think strategically about how creative assets support the brand and business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• ⁠ ⁠Develop creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and other brand needs
• ⁠ ⁠Create graphic designs across digital platforms
• ⁠ ⁠Edit short-form and long-form videos using current and relevant editing styles
• ⁠ ⁠Keep up with current visual, video, and social media trends
• ⁠ ⁠Operate cameras and support in-house video production
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Content and Marketing team to translate concepts into strong visual executions
• ⁠ ⁠Help develop the visual direction of content and campaigns
• ⁠ ⁠Direct and coordinate external/event videographers when needed
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• ⁠ ⁠Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions not simply execute briefs

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• ⁠ ⁠Has strong graphic design fundamentals and is proficient with relevant design tools/platforms
• ⁠ ⁠Has strong video editing skills and understands current content/video trends
• ⁠ ⁠Has both creative thinking and strategic thinking
• ⁠ ⁠Has a strong visual sense and understands how design influences communication and engagement
• ⁠ ⁠Is comfortable operating a camera and understands basic photography/videography
• ⁠ ⁠Can independently execute creative projects from concept to final output
• ⁠ ⁠Can communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• ⁠ ⁠Is able to direct external videographers for event production when needed
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in food photography/video or event videography is a plus

QUALIFICATION

• ⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, including small details such as typos, alignment, formatting, and consistency
• ⁠ ⁠Has strong ownership and quality control before submitting work for approval
• ⁠ ⁠Open to feedback and willing to improve based on constructive input
• ⁠ ⁠Able to coordinate and communicate clearly with the team
• ⁠ ⁠Willing to occasionally work on weekends for cooking classes or special events
