Art Director (Graphic Designer)

As an Art Director (Graphic Designer) at Mirket, you will play a key role in our creative team by conceptualizing and producing high-quality static and motion designs for various digital platforms. Your work will be instrumental in effectively communicating our clients’ messages and strengthening their brand identities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the social media team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Design visually compelling graphics for social media posts and corporate identity elements.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity of client brands.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools and new technologies.
• Integrate feedback from clients and team members into designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
• A strong portfolio offering a wide range of digital design projects.
• A strong understanding of design principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A detail-oriented, creative and original approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work from our Izmir office.
