5+ Years Experience | Creative Agency

ROSWO is looking for a Senior Art Director with 5+ years of creative advertising agency experience and a strong eye for both ideas and execution.

We’re looking for someone who can think conceptually, turn ideas into strong visual worlds, and help create work that can compete at Cannes Lions level.

What you'll do

• Develop campaign ideas and creative concepts
• Build strong visual worlds, KVs and campaign systems
• Work closely with copywriters on integrated ideas
• Maintain a high level of craft across different formats
• Present and develop work together with the creative team

What we expect

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at creative advertising agencies
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
• A portfolio showing both strong ideas and crafted execution
• Experience across campaigns, film and integrated advertising
• Familiarity with AI visual tools and workflows
• Motion design experience is PLUS
• Istanbul-based, hybrid
