Web Developer / Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking two skilled Web Developers/Graphic Designers to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your creative and technical skills to design and develop engaging web and graphic content in a dynamic training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Bridge, and PDF) to create high-quality graphics and visual materials.
• Develop and administer websites using Joomla, including the design and maintenance of web-based training (WBT) courses and e-learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Create and produce print materials such as posters, books, and presentations.
• Solve complex application development issues and provide design recommendations.
• Collaborate with specialists to build comprehensive training products.
• Access and utilize images and graphics from platforms like ENVATO and Shutterstock.
• Employ MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) effectively for documentation and presentations.
• Use JIRA or similar ticketing systems to track project progress and manage tasks.
• Develop motion graphics and manage video production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in web design, including HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in content creation and management tools for web development, graphic design, animation, videography, and audio editing.
• Familiarity with general photography and experience in video production or support roles.
• Experience with JavaScript (JS) and creating animated graphics, including 3D animation.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across various levels of an organization.

Desired Skills and Tools:

• Experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms, such as SharePoint.
• Familiarity with cloud technology networks and systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
