Graphic Designer

We're excited to expand our team and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for graphics for apparel and packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for Cozy Earth's apparel, packaging/labels, retail signage, and other materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to be a key player in the design strategy for product launches and branding initiatives. You will work as part of the Design team and collaborate closely with Retail, Product Development, and other teams to bring the Cozy Earth brand to life through design.

Responsibilities:

• Design apparel graphics, textile patterns, and branding elements for Cozy Earth's product lines.
• Develop packaging, labels, hang tags, and retail signage that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Work closely with the Retail, Design and Product Development teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Support the design process from concept to final execution, incorporating feedback and managing project timelines.
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design assets.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital formats.
• Stay up to date with design trends in the fashion and retail industries.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Skills Needed:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel, fashion, or retail.
• Strong understanding and experience with graphic applications for apparel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience with textile design, print production, and packaging design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of file preparation and exporting for both print and digital applications.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising and signage best practices is a plus.
