Visual Designer & Digital Content Strategist

Primary Role

As a Visual Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create compelling, high-quality visual assets that bring brand and campaign ideas to life. You will design graphics, layouts, and digital-first content for social media, web, and other platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and delivering impactful storytelling through design.

Secondary Role

As a Digital and Social Media Content Strategist, you will support the content team in shaping strategies that enhance engagement and visibility. You will apply design insights to optimize social media content, collaborate on campaign ideation, and contribute creative input to content calendars and digital initiatives.

Experience Needed

3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Visual/Graphic Designer.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Expertise in Figma for digital and UI/UX design.
• Hands-on knowledge of CapCut (or equivalent) for video editing and motion content.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video storytelling.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with brand strategy and campaign planning.
