Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz Tanta. This role is responsible for leading the creation of visual concepts and designs that align with Town Team’s brand identity and fashion-forward vision. Day-to-day tasks include developing graphics for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, and in-store materials; designing logos and branding assets; and refining typography and layout across digital and print platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling, oversee design quality, and guide junior designers. The role also involves staying updated on design and fashion trends, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating contemporary, fashion-oriented visual work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and evolving brand identities across multiple channels.
• Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both digital and print materials.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools).
• Experience in leading design projects, managing multiple deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate brand values into impactful visual content.
