Senior Graphic Designer

Rivyl is a global brand builder and accelerator. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn a brand strategy into a distinctive visual identity and carry it from the first logo explorations through to launch.

You’ll report to the Creative Director, lead key parts of brand identity projects, and work closely with Strategy, Web Development and Client Account Managers. It’s a hands-on role with room to shape how the studio works and help junior and midweight designers develop their craft.

What you’ll do

• Develop original logo concepts and build visual identity systems that work across brand assets, campaigns, websites and digital channels.
• Lead design work from brief to final delivery, managing priorities and keeping the quality of the work high throughout.
• Create brand guidelines that make the identity easy for clients and teams to apply, and help check that it holds up through build and rollout.
• Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind your design decisions to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior and midweight designers through clear, constructive critique, and improve the templates and workflows the studio uses every day.

What you’ll bring

• At least four years of agency experience in brand identity design.
• A portfolio that shows original concepts, refined design craft and the ability to build a coherent identity system across multiple touchpoints.
• The ability to turn strategy into a clear creative direction and explain how your design choices support it.
• Expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills, advanced Figma skills and experience designing for the web.
• Experience mentoring designers, presenting work confidently and managing projects with autonomy.
