What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading the creation of magnificent design across multiple brands, channels and markets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop assets that align with business goals
• Ensuring a consistent execution of our brand visuals while pushing creative boundaries
• Guiding and supporting designers through internal review processes
• Supporting and establishing new processes that lead to greater efficiency within the Marketing team
• Managing multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Communicating ideas and strategic decisions to key stakeholders
• Influencing the forward progress of our brand vision

What Will You Bring?

• 7+ years of design experience
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (After Effects a plus)
• Strategic thinker devoted to details
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to lead others and be lead by others
• A desire to grow and make an impact in others’ lives
• Extra: Motion Design prowess
• Extra: Experience capturing and/or leading photography/videography efforts
