Description

  

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative across all platforms.
  • Lead design efforts for key environments, events, and experiences.
  • Support marketing and business development with compelling visuals.
  • Uphold and evolve the Continua brand identity.
  • Collaborate across teams to bring strategic ideas to life.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through execution.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing immersive brand moments within our Experience Centers and at events: environmental graphics, signage, and storytelling elements.
  • Translating briefs into bold, cohesive creative that moves the Continua brand forward.
  • Developing visuals for high-profile proposals, pitch decks, and pursuit materials in collaboration with marketing and sales.
  • Supporting digital campaigns with design for email, social, and web, balancing speed with craft.
  • Participating in creative strategy sessions, offering ideas and inspiration to help shape campaigns and special initiatives.
  • Building and refining branded templates, toolkits, and visual systems to ensure consistency and ease of use.
  • Roll up your sleeves for special projects, whether art directing a photoshoot, producing a short motion graphic, or crafting the latest piece of company merch.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, workplace strategy, and BD teams to align messaging, design, and delivery.
Requirements

  

What You Should Have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B marketing environment
  • Experience in the contract furniture, commercial interiors, or architecture/design industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Canva for quick-turn, team-friendly graphics or adapting brand assets across channels
  • Basic video editing skills preferred (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
  • Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills with an understanding of brand consistency
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with sales, marketing, and design teams
  • A flexible and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality work

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $72,000-$90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
