Senior Creative Artworker

Dedicated Global Client Team

We're looking for a talented, detail-driven Senior Creative Artworker to join our creative team, working exclusively with one of our major global clients.

Based out of our Hampshire studio, you'll become an integral part of a dedicated client team, producing beautifully crafted artwork and creative assets across a wide range of digital and print projects.

This is an opportunity to get under the skin of a global brand, build strong working relationships and play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of its creative output. You'll work closely with our designers, motion designers, developers and creative directors, bringing creative concepts to life with exceptional attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Produce high-quality artwork and creative assets across digital and print, working primarily on a major global brand.
• Take creative concepts through to production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.
• Adapt and develop creative across multiple formats, platforms and channels.
• Become a trusted member of the dedicated client team, developing a deep understanding of the brand, its guidelines and creative requirements.
• Take ownership of artworking projects from initial brief through to final delivery, confidently managing multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with designers, motion designers, developers and creative directors to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain and elevate production standards, ensuring everything that leaves the studio meets the highest level of craft.
• Report directly to the Creative Director and support other members of the team, sharing technical knowledge and best practice.

Who you are

• A highly skilled Creative Artworker with a passion for beautifully crafted, production-perfect design.
• Confident producing artwork at scale across print and digital.
• Strong in layout, typography, colour and visual consistency.
• Highly proficient in Adobe CC with strong working knowledge of Figma and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working within established global brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while finding opportunities to refine and improve creative output.
• Competent in using AI tools to enhance your work while keeping the human element.
• Meticulous when it comes to detail, specifications, formats and technical accuracy.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with creative teams and client stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing efficiency with exceptional quality and the ability to pivot quickly and efficiently on projects.
• A collaborative team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others deliver their best.

Where you'll be

You'll be part of our dedicated client team, based at our Bramley studio, working closely with colleagues across creative, digital and account management.

We work hybrid, with 3 days in the studio and up to 2 days remotely.
