Role Description The Multimedia Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual creates and designs multimedia content including graphics, video, and web elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, producing video and motion content, designing digital and print assets, and ensuring consistency across platforms. The Multimedia Designer collaborates closely with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to translate concepts into engaging visual experiences. The role also involves managing project timelines, preparing files for various channels, and staying current with design and multimedia trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Multimedia and Video Production for creating dynamic, engaging visual content.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing cohesive visual assets across print and digital media.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design for designing user-friendly, visually compelling online experiences.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in creative agencies, marketing, or digital media, with a portfolio demonstrating multimedia and design work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
