We are looking for

Marketing Assistant - Multimedia Creative Designer – Commercial Campaigns

who will Develop multimedia creative materials for Alfamart’s commercial campaigns and assigned product categories.

Although each employee may be assigned a primary product category, all Multimedia Creative Designers are expected to support different categories and produce graphic design, digital content, photography, video, basic motion graphics, and production-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create key visuals for campaigns, promotional layouts, digital artworks, and social media content.

Design Mailers, posters, shelf talkers, wobblers, menu boards, flyers, price communication, and other in-store materials.

Adapt approved campaign designs into different formats, sizes, platforms, and store requirements.

Develop content for assigned product categories while supporting other categories as required.

Assist in product, food, lifestyle, and campaign photography.

Shoot and edit basic product videos, Reels, promotional videos, and other short-form content.

Create basic motion graphics, animated text, product movements, and video transitions.

Prepare mood boards, creative studies, pegs, mockups, and visual references.

Retouch product images and perform basic color correction.

Prepare production-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and color profile.

Check prices, products, dates, mechanics, DISCLAIMERS, and mandatory information.

Update assigned tasks in the creative job tracker.

Maintain proper file naming, version control, and asset organization.

Participate in campaign brainstorming, creative reviews, shoots, store visits, and activations.

Support urgent and cross-functional creative requirements as assigned.

What It Takes To Be Part Of The Team

Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, Film, Photography, Digital Media, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong fresh graduates may be considered.

Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and at least basic video and photography work.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Working knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools.

Basic to intermediate photography, videography, editing, and motion-graphics skills.

Knowledge of digital and print-production requirements.
