Junior Graphic Designer & Visual Communications

At Tactical, our mission is to design and develop smart software solutions that support defense forces, public safety organizations, and civil protection agencies. We also explore the application of artificial intelligence in all our solutions, including decision support tools and multi-source intelligence report analysis using natural language understanding.

We are looking for a creative, curious and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Visual Communications to join our team and help shape the way we communicate and connect with our people across the Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging internal communication content, designing visually appealing newsletters and announcements, and bringing our people, stories, achievements and initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate engaging internal newsletters, keeping employees informed about company news, updates and initiatives
• Design visually appealing communication materials, including newsletters, surveys etc
• Develop creative content for internal announcements, employee engagement activities and corporate events
• Create content highlighting new joiners, employee milestones, promotions, team achievements and company success stories
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to collect information and transform it into engaging communication content
• Support the development and maintenance of the Group's internal communication channels
• Explore new digital tools, creative formats and AI-powered solutions to enhance internal communication
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve employee engagement and strengthen our internal communication culture

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Designer a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships and personal projects are welcome)
• Good knowledge of Canva and/or other graphic design or content creation tools
• Familiarity with digital communication and newsletter platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar tools)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools) will be considered a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong visual awareness and attention to detail
