Position: Junior Graphic Designer & Creative

Company: First Optical Trading Co., Ltd. (FOT)

Department: Marketing Department

Work Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Employment Type: Full-Time (8:00AM-6:00PM, Mon-Fri)

Reporting To: Marketing Superisor

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for marketing materials, including posters, banners, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and engaging content for social media platforms.
• Design digital and print materials while maintaining consistent company branding.
• Edit product photos and create visual content for marketing purposes.
• Produce and edit short promotional videos and social media reels.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Adobe Illustrator
3. Canva
4. CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

• Basic understanding of design principles, colors, typography, and layouts.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
