Intern Creative Designer

In addition, the team provides professional graphic design services, creating visually compelling materials that support clients’ brands and digital presence.
Role Description The Intern Creative Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in Ja-ela, with flexibility for some work-from-home days as agreed with the team. The intern will support the design team in creating digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and UI elements for web and mobile platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating on design concepts, refining layouts, preparing assets for development, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials. The role involves working closely with developers, marketers, and senior designers to translate project requirements into clear and engaging visual designs. The intern will also assist in maintaining design libraries, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to improve quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate strong Creative Design skills, including concept development and visualization.
• Experience or coursework in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar).
• Understanding of Branding principles and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across assets.
• Basic knowledge of Web Design, including layout, typography, and designing for different screen sizes.
• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to follow creative direction and feedback.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects) that show creativity and technical skills.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced software services setting.
