  • Build and maintain reusable templates and organized source files so creative can be updated and handed off efficiently.

Project Coordination and Quality

  • Clarify creative briefs, deliverables, and deadlines with the requesting team before starting work.
  • Manage multiple assignments and quick-turn requests, communicating progress and raising conflicting priorities or missing information early.
  • Incorporate feedback accurately, track revisions, and provide editable source files alongside final exports.
  • Follow established review and approval processes, including approved guidance for alcohol-related marketing and promotions.

Requirements

  • A professional portfolio demonstrating strong digital and print graphic design, including promotional or campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong typography, composition, image-editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience adapting a single campaign across multiple sizes, formats, and channels.
  • Working knowledge of print production requirements and digital asset preparation.
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, practical creative ideas.
  • Clear written communication, careful proofreading, strong organization, and dependable follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, respond to feedback, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Design work for retail, ecommerce, wine and spirits, food and beverage, hospitality, or other consumer brands.
  • Experience with Canva and Figma, as well as short-form video editing or simple motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol advertising and promotional requirements.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a part-time remote assignment supporting recurring marketing needs. Weekly hours, assignment duration, expected availability, and any peak-period coverage will be confirmed before the assignment begins. A reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled virtual meetings and creative reviews are required. Software access and equipment arrangements will be confirmed with the staffing agency.
