As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Integrated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This on-site role will be based at our Minnetonka, MN headquarters and play a critical part in translating the beBright brand—and those of our supported practices—into engaging visual assets across print, digital, and video platforms.

 

Position Summary

The Integrated Graphic Designer will report to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support patient acquisition, brand awareness, and practice-level marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design expertise with the ability to support multimedia content creation—including photography, video, and light copywriting—to bring campaigns and collateral to life across channels. This is an on-site position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

 

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand Execution

  • Design a wide range of visual assets including digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, and social media content.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all markets and platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support the design needs of local practice marketing campaigns while preserving core brand identity.

Content Creation & Multimedia Support

  • Assist with visual storytelling through photography, video capture, and basic video editing.
  • Contribute to short-form video content for social and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to storyboard and script creative assets that support brand campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team, clinical teams, and operations to understand creative needs and deliver assets aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Support new practice onboarding through customized design materials that align with both the local market and beBright brand guidelines.

Production & Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, revisions, and stakeholder input.
  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors when needed.
  • Organize and archive digital assets for use across teams and platforms.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
  • Familiarity with social media design best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with healthcare, dental, or consumer services marketing.
  • Basic photography and videography skills (including editing).
  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations in creative content.
