Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Djerba. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and graphics for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include designing logos, developing branding materials, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for print and digital production. The role involves collaborating with account and creative teams, presenting design options, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across all visual deliverables. The Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of agency work.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure legible, appealing, and brand-appropriate text treatments.
• Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents).
• Candidates should demonstrate a solid portfolio showcasing creative concepts, branding work, and polished execution.
• Candidates should have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
