We’re Hiring | Graphic & Packaging Designer

Sahar Al Sharq Perfumes is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our perfume manufacturing facility in the UAE.

We are seeking a talented designer who can transform creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready perfume packaging and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

Perfume Packaging & Bottle Design

• Design creative and premium perfume boxes, packaging, labels, and bottle decorations.
• Develop bottle decoration concepts, including colors, logos, printing finishes, and decorative elements.
• Ensure accurate measurements, dimensions, and compatibility between perfume bottles, caps, and packaging.
• Prepare precise, production-ready artwork and technical files for printing and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with production teams and suppliers to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Review packaging samples, color accuracy, printing quality, and final finishes before mass production.
• Research packaging trends, innovative materials, and luxury perfume presentation concepts.

Digital & Marketing Design

• Create professional product images, promotional banners, and visual content for newly launched products on our e-commerce website.
• Collaborate with our Social Media Specialist to develop creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, campaigns, and videos.
• Support product launches by preparing consistent visual materials across digital and printed platforms.
• Edit and enhance product photography, including retouching, color correction, and background adjustments.

Client Collaboration & Creative Development

• Occasionally meet with clients to understand their packaging requirements and creative preferences.
• Assist clients in developing customized perfume boxes, bottle decorations, and branding concepts.
• Present design proposals, mockups, and visual concepts for client approval.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, packaging design, or product branding.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Knowledge of 3D design and rendering software, such as Blender or Adobe Substance 3D, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production, dielines, color systems (CMYK/Pantone), and packaging specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams.
• Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, luxury packaging, or printing industries is highly preferred.
