Graphic Designer - Retail Display

As the Graphic Designer in our Creative Services department, you will have a strong background in retail display design, turning concepts into impactful 3D structures that enhance in-store experiences. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensures all designs align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling retail displays that enhance brand presence and engage consumers.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to develop in-store activations, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and retail requirements.
• Translate initial concepts and sketches into 3D visual representations, prototypes, and final production-ready artwork.
• Prepare press-ready files following technical specifications for various printing methods, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and production standards.
• Work closely with vendors, printers, and manufacturers, overseeing production quality and troubleshooting artwork issues.
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, meet retailer specifications, and adhere to licensing guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to retail display and merchandising design.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design for retail displays, in-store signage, and merchandising activations.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy in retail display design.
• Understanding of 3D display structures, dielines, and how 2D designs translate into physical retail spaces.
• Experience preparing print-ready files for large-format printing, POS displays, and in-store signage.
• Ability to work within licensing style guides while also creating original, brand-aligned designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills when troubleshooting prepress issues and working with vendors on production execution.
• Familiarity with retail environments, consumer behavior, and in-store marketing trends.
• Experience with event graphics and merchandising displays is a plus.
