Graphic Designer

Plus Alpha Tokyo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team!

If you have a passion for social media design, a strong eye for aesthetics, and enjoy collaborating with international teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media platforms.
• Design posts, graphics, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with account managers to maintain consistent branding and visual quality.
• Guide and support account managers with design ideas, layouts, and best practices.
• Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media design and visual trends.
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.

Work Details

• Location: 100% Remote
• Working Hours: Must be available during Japanese working hours (JST).
• Languages: English & Japanese (Required)
