Graphic Designer / Production Artist

The Producer's Lounge is seeking a talented, versatile creative professional to support the design, development, and production of visual content for live, virtual, and hybrid events.

This hands-on role combines creative graphic design, presentation development, production artwork, and onsite event execution. Working alongside our creative and production teams, this individual will help bring concepts to life while ensuring all creative assets are accurate, technically sound, and ready for show.

The ideal candidate is a strong designer who is equally comfortable developing original creative, executing established direction, and managing the technical details required for successful live event production.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Develop and execute visual concepts, event branding, theme graphics, and creative content across multiple platforms.
• Event Graphics: Design and produce graphics for LED environments, projection screens, video, presentations, signage, and other event applications.
• Presentation Development: Design, build, and manage PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, templates, executive content, and internal production materials.
• Production Execution: Prepare, format, version, and quality-check production-ready artwork for multiple display formats, resolutions, and technical specifications.
• Onsite Event Support: Assist with graphics playback, presentation operations, content management, troubleshooting, and last-minute revisions during rehearsals and live shows.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Producers, Motion Artists, and technical teams to maintain creative consistency and successful execution.
• Project Management: Manage multiple assignments, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables while maintaining organized files and efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications

• This position requires being available to work onsite in our Dallas office full-time.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design or creative production experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong PowerPoint and Keynote design and production skills.
• Experience preparing production-ready graphics across multiple formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and support onsite event operations.

Preferred Experience

Experience with live events, LED and projection environments, motion graphics, After Effects, presentation operations, and stage renderings or 3D visualization software such as Vectorworks is a plus.
