Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) | Work from the Office

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Graphic Designer at Pericles Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. You will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative digital content for various platforms, managing social media channels, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying up-to-date with digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and visually appealing blog images, YouTube thumbnails, website graphics, and digital/print media content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (minimum).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
• Familiarity with additional design software, tools, and equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills (desired).
• Knowledge of color management, typography, and print techniques.
• Solid understanding of digital communication principles.
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
• A keen eye for design trends, including both established and emerging social media trends.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills.
