Graphic Designer
The role
About Peers StudioPeers Studio is a creative studio focused entirely on health, longevity and everyday wellbeing. That focus is deliberate. It is part of a wider ambition through Peers.Earth to build and back companies improving how people live and age. We work closely with founders across brand, product and web design. Our clients range from early-stage companies to category staples.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer whose strength is identity: someone who thinks in systems, not single assets. You’ll help shape brand identities from the early concept stage, then carry them through a website, a deck, a campaign and a product, so they feel like one brand everywhere they appear.
The role also covers day-to-day design across our clients, from decks and web assets to ads and social. That work matters, but it isn’t the centre of the job. We want someone who understands why a system works, can extend it without breaking it, and can help build the next one.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and founders in a small team that cares a lot about craft.
What you'll do
- Contribute to new identity systems from concept through to guidelines: typography, colour, layout, graphic language and art direction.
- Turn brand strategy into visual decisions you can explain.
- Extend existing identities into new touchpoints with consistency and judgement, knowing when to follow the system and when it needs to evolve.
- Build and document brand guidelines and component libraries in Figma.
- Design decks, website assets, email templates, ads and social content across multiple clients.
- Collaborate with the team on briefs, feedback rounds and cross-project work.
- Manage multiple workstreams and deliver polished work on time.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional design experience.
- A portfolio that shows strong craft across layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Solid working knowledge of Figma.
- The ability to talk about the thinking behind your work, not only the result.
- Foundations in Adobe CC (Illustrator and/or Photoshop).
- Comfortable working across digital formats — ads, decks, web, social.
- Organised, dependable, and good at managing your own time.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and do great work.
Nice to have
- Experience with UI/UX design or web-focused projects.
- Familiarity with motion design or basic animation.
- Interest in the health, wellness, or longevity space.
What you'll get
- High ownership and autonomy on brand work.
- Close collaboration with founders and a small, craft-driven team.
- A wide range of ambitious clients (VC-backed and bootstrapped).
- Flexible schedule and a remote-first setup, with access to a Lisbon office.
- Room to grow with the studio over the next 1–2 years.
