About The Role

As a Graphic Designer considered for COACT projects, you will create visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, digital experiences, and client communications. You’ll work with strategists, copywriters, creative directors, and account teams to turn briefs and concepts into clear, engaging design. Project needs may vary in scope, audience, format, and timeline, so adaptability and sound creative judgment are important. Designers in the COACT Community may be contacted when their experience and availability align with a project’s requirements.

Qualifications

You bring at least three years of professional graphic design experience, including experience working for or within an agency environment. Your portfolio demonstrates a range of marketing, branding, and campaign work, along with a strong grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand application. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and can balance creative ambition with strategic and business objectives.

You communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage your time effectively while handling multiple projects or competing priorities. You are comfortable working remotely, collaborating with distributed teams, and responding constructively to feedback. Experience creating assets for enterprise or B2B clients is preferred. Additional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or presentation design is an advantage, as is familiarity with Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or web design tools. The ability to collaborate across integrated creative and marketing teams is also valued.

Responsibilities

Design marketing and brand assets for digital, print, social, web, presentation, and campaign formats. Interpret creative briefs and strategic objectives, then develop visual solutions that communicate effectively to the intended audience. Create layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual systems that support campaign goals and maintain consistency with established brand standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners from concept development through execution, sharing ideas and incorporating stakeholder feedback efficiently. Prepare accurate, production-ready files and check deliverables for quality and consistency across formats. Manage assigned work, communicate progress and potential challenges, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain a high standard of craft. Stay informed about relevant design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them thoughtfully where they support the work.
