Description
About MatrixCare
MatrixCare, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company, is a cloud-based EHR software provider serving more than 15,000 providers across skilled nursing, senior living, life plan communities, home health, and hospice. MatrixCare is a multi-year Best in KLAS winner and one of the largest technology platforms serving the post-acute and long-term care continuum.
About The Role
At MatrixCare, we create technology that helps senior living and post-acute care organizations work smarter, operate more efficiently, and deliver better outcomes. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories and bring the MatrixCare brand to life across every stage of the buyer journey.
We’re looking for a design chameleon: someone who can shift effortlessly from bold, attention-grabbing demand-generation creative to polished, thoughtful storytelling. One day, you might be developing a digital ad or campaign concept. The next, you’re designing a customer story, executive presentation, sales tool, or whitepaper that makes complex information easy to understand.
If you’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and sweating the details, love variety, and believe B2B design can be both smart and memorable, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Design across the spectrum: Create visual assets across digital and print, including campaigns, digital ads, social content, presentations, sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, event and tradeshow materials, website graphics, email creative, and more.
- Bring stories to life: Translate messaging, data, customer outcomes, and complex healthcare technology concepts into visual experiences that inform, engage, and persuade.
- Design for the audience and the moment: Adapt your approach from bold, attention-grabbing demand gen to polished, credible thought leadership and outcome-driven customer storytelling.
- Make complex simple: Use visual hierarchy, typography, information design, illustration, imagery, and layout to make complicated ideas clear and compelling.
- Think beyond the brief: Bring creative thinking and ideas to the table, not just execution. Help shape concepts, campaigns, and visual approaches from the start.
- Protect and evolve the brand: Apply MatrixCare’s visual identity consistently while finding thoughtful ways to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive.
- Partner across teams: Collaborate with marketing, content, product, sales, creative partners, and subject matter experts to turn business goals into great creative.
- Raise the bar: Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard for craft, consistency, accessibility, and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, technology, or an agency environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates range across brand, demand generation, digital, print, presentations, events, information design, and/or storytelling.
- Strong command of design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
- The ability to turn complex information into simple, intuitive, and engaging visual experiences.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation/design platforms.
- An understanding of how design works within B2B marketing, content strategy, digital channels, and campaign development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare technology, SaaS, or other regulated enterprise software.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, audiences, formats, and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a sharp eye for what makes good design great.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6-12 months, success in this role will look like:
- Clear, compelling storytelling: Translate complex healthcare technology concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with the intended audience.
- Consistent, high-quality design: Deliver polished, accessible assets that strengthen the MatrixCare brand across digital and print channels.
- Collaborative execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business objectives and feedback into effective creative solutions.
- Reliable delivery and fresh thinking: Manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas that elevate campaigns and content.
