The role
Join the 2nd Fastest Growing Business in the UK
Lucky Egg makes party games that spread on social media and sell in the millions. Grab The Mic, Sorry What?!, Snort Funny and many more. We're the 2nd fastest growing business in the UK in this year's Sunday Times 100, roughly doubling every year, and building for £100m across the UK, US and Europe from a Soho office of around 32 people.
We hire A* players who think big and move fast, and we give them real ownership early. Our team is small, so your work will be visible, shipped and sold within months, not years.
Why join us?
This is a place where speed and creativity collide. You'll work with a smart, genuinely fun team and design physical products that people love, share and argue over. But beneath the fun is a serious product business with big ambitions, and you'll learn faster here than almost anywhere else. If you want to design the packaging and artwork that sells the products this company grows off, which get played and watched by millions of people around the world, this is the role for you.
🎯 The Role
You will make our games look irresistible on shelf and on screen. You own the visual side of products from first concept to print-ready files: box and packaging, cards, boards and rulebooks. Your work is the first thing a shopper or a buyer sees, so it has to stop people scrolling on socials and stop them in the aisle to buy.
- Design packaging, cards and game components for new games, working from briefs and feedback from Product, Sales and Marketing
- Produce print-ready artwork with correct dielines, bleeds, colour and specs for our manufacturers
- Create sell-in and marketplace visuals with Sales and Marketing, such as sell sheets and catalogue pages
- Run competitor shelf analysis to understand why some designs convert better than others, and feed the findings into every new brief
- Keep our brand and each game's visual identity consistent across every product and format
- Manage your own queue, hit artwork submission deadlines, and flag problems early with a proposed fix
👤 The Person
- A portfolio showing packaging, game, toy or consumer product design, with work that has been printed and sold
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma is a bonus
- Strong typography, layout and illustration sense, and a feel for what stands out on a crowded shelf
- Solid knowledge of print production: dielines, Pantone and CMYK, file prep and working with factories
- Fast, organised and happy to take feedback and turn it round quickly
- AI native: you will use AI to speed up and optimise your design process
This isn't traditional consumer goods. It's culture-driven, social-media-native, fast-cycle physical product design. Toys and games are our core, but we value people who've thrived anywhere decisions and designs had to be made quickly and well.
🎉 The Fun Stuff
You'll play games regularly, work with a brilliant and kind team, and watch things you designed go from an idea to millions of views and a shelf in Target. It's high energy, high creativity and deeply rewarding.
🏢 Location and Benefits
- 4+ days a week in Soho with a team that's a lot of fun to be around, and one WFH home day

- Access to local discounts – cafés, fitness, beauty, and more.
- Free games every year
