Role Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design & Media Management Agent to support our growing portfolio of brands. This is a remote, deliverable-based role ideal for a disciplined and reliable creative professional who can work independently while meeting structured monthly targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and scheduling between 10–20 creative artworks per month, aligned with content strategies and brand guidelines. This position is compensated per approved deliverable and is best suited for a results-driven creative who thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 10–20 high-quality social media graphics monthly
• Create engaging visuals for platforms such as:
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• YouTube (thumbnails/banners)
• Schedule content across platforms using approved scheduling tools
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
• Collaborate with the strategy team to interpret briefs into compelling visuals
• Implement feedback and revisions within agreed turnaround timelines
• Maintain organized file management and naming systems
• Meet strict delivery deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy
• Motion graphics or short-form video editing experience (bonus)
• Proven experience in graphic design (social media-focused)
• Proficiency in Canva (required) or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:

-----Branding consistency

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Compensation

• USD $10–$15 per approved artwork
• Avg monthly recurring workload (10–20 deliverables)
• Payments processed monthly upon completion and approval of deliverables

NOTE: Compensation may increase based on experience, quality of portfolio, and execution speed.
