EXIST USA is a fast-paced apparel company specializing in the design, development, and production of fashion collections. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a background in fashion design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with an understanding of apparel design, fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, prints, patterns, and artwork for apparel collections.
• Develop textile prints, repeat patterns, colorways, and placement graphics.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and technical files for overseas manufacturers.
• Create and update fashion CADs, technical flats, and design presentations.
• Develop seasonal concept boards, color palettes, and trend presentations.
• Assist with garment artwork placement, sizing, and print specifications.
• Create and maintain organized design files, artwork libraries, and production documentation.
• Collaborate with the design, product development, and production teams to ensure artwork meets brand standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Support the development of packaging, labels, hangtags, and other branding materials as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict development deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Background in fashion design, apparel design, textile design, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator – Vector artwork, fashion CADs, technical flats, prints, and repeat patterns.
• Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, print manipulation, color adjustments, and artwork development.
• Adobe InDesign – Design presentations, line sheets, catalogs, and layout development.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, textile prints, and apparel graphics.
• Ability to create accurate, production-ready artwork with attention to scale, placement, and color.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Experience working with apparel manufacturers and overseas vendors.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and printing techniques.
• Experience developing seamless repeat patterns and engineered prints.
• Familiarity with tech packs, color standards, and apparel production processes.
