Description

EPS Corporation seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to provide part-time and task-specific design support for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC). This role involves delivering high-impact visual content for strategic communications, marketing, and promotional initiatives, both onsite at Picatinny Arsenal and at designated offsite locations.

 



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative & Graphic Design Support
    Provide part-time, on-site and as-needed off-site creative services for strategic communications and marketing events.

  • Visual Concept Development
    Collaborate with Armaments Center stakeholders during concept and design phases, ensuring all products align with the DEVCOM Brand Application Guide and Strategic Communications Toolkit.

  • Multimedia & Print Design
    Design and produce high-quality printed materials, dynamic PowerPoint presentations, and multimedia products.

  • Exhibit Design
    Support the design and production of new and existing government-owned exhibit booths for use in training, marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Welcome Screen Content
    Design, produce, and implement regular content updates for the Armaments Center’s digital Welcome screens throughout DEVCOM-AC HQ.

  • Motion Graphics & 3D Animation
    Develop high-end motion graphics, including 3D models, animations, environments, and operational scenarios for current and future weapon systems.

  • Video Production
    Produce compelling video content supporting marketing and strategic communications, including updates to the Armaments Center Overview Video and new footage from technical centers such as ESIC, METC, and WSEC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in professional graphic design and multimedia production.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Microsoft PowerPoint, and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).

  • Strong understanding of brand application, layout design, typography, and motion graphics.

  • Experience in video editing, audio integration, and exhibit design is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Prior experience supporting DoD or government communications a plus.
