Graphic Designer & Creative Project Supervisor

Alba Bridges is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer & Creative Project Supervisor for our Kičevo office. You will be hired through Alba Bridges to support our U.S. client, Vlore POS & Foods.

We create restaurant menus, websites, product labels, promotional materials, and digital content for businesses in the United States. We’re looking for someone who can create professional designs, supervise other designers, communicate with customers, and keep projects organized from the initial request through final delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Design and update restaurant menus, flyers, brochures, product labels, signage, and digital graphics.
• Create website layouts and coordinate website development and content updates.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleeds, resolution, and color settings.
• Check spelling, pricing, layout, branding, and customer instructions before work is submitted for approval.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, track deadlines, and follow up with team members.
• Review other designers’ work, provide clear feedback, and train newer employees.
• Communicate directly with U.S. customers in English through email, phone, and video calls.
• Communicate effectively in English and Albanian with employees and the project management team.
• Coordinate with website developers, printers, and outside vendors.
• Manage customer revisions, approvals, project files, and final delivery.

Required qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, with working knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Experience supervising designers, leading a team, or managing creative projects.
• Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, photo editing, and print production.
• Experience with website design or website content management.
• Strong written and spoken English and Albanian. You must be comfortable discussing projects, explaining instructions, and handling professional conversations in both languages.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence communicating with customers and taking responsibility for project completion.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Pipedrive, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.

Experience with restaurant menus, hospitality marketing, or food packaging is a plus.

Office attendance and schedule

This position requires daily attendance at our Kičevo office, Monday through Friday.

You must be available to work hours aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours, which means afternoon and evening hours in North Macedonia. The exact schedule will be confirmed during the interview.
