Champion Retail is a marketing services company translating ideas into results for retailers, agencies, and suppliers. We have defined and refined an end-to-end process enabling us to design, manufacture, and install in-store promotions fast and at a lower cost for all sizes of companies. We are family owned, based in Northwest Arkansas, and most of our work ships to Walmart and Sam's Club stores nationwide.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role in Rogers, AR. You will design the pieces shoppers actually see in store: POP displays, signage, shelf strips and talkers, endcap and pallet graphics, and the campaign materials that support them. The work runs from first concept through production-ready files, on timelines set by retail programs.

What you'll do

• Design POP displays, in-store signage, and retail campaign graphics from concept to final art
• Build production-ready print files: dielines, bleeds, color specs, large-format and corrugate output
• Adapt client brand guidelines across display formats and sizes while keeping campaigns consistent
• Work with project management and production to keep files accurate and on schedule
• Revise quickly on client and retailer feedback while managing several projects at once

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio that includes retail, POP, packaging, or large-format print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience preparing print-ready files, including dielines and CMYK production specs
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A degree or training in graphic design or a related field, or comparable professional experience
