We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual content and design materials for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual design, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate ideas and project requirements into engaging designs that support brand identity and communication objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for digital platforms, marketing materials, presentations, and print publications.
• Develop graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other creative assets based on project requirements.
• Design social media posts, promotional materials, banners, brochures, and advertising content.
• Maintain consistent visual styles, brand guidelines, and design standards across different platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to understand design objectives.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual materials using professional design software.
• Prepare design files and artwork for digital publication and print production.
• Review design drafts and make revisions based on feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design assignments while meeting project deadlines.
• Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, and creative resources.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends, visual communication techniques, and creative technologies.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

• Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in graphic design or a creative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with digital design formats and print production requirements.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into effective visual materials.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative work is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
